Is the free month really free?+
Yes. A full month with everything in it, and no card details needed to start. If you stop there, nothing is charged.
I already have clients in a spreadsheet. Can I bring them?+
You can add clients and dogs yourself, or send a client a link and let them fill in their own details – dog, vet, emergency contact. You approve what comes back before it lands in your books.
Does it work without a signal?+
Dog details are kept on the device, so you can look up a vet or a key safe code in the middle of a wood. Changes sync when you are back in range.
Is Woodle a marketplace? Will it find me clients?+
No, and that is deliberate. Rover and similar platforms bring you clients and take a commission on every booking. Woodle assumes the clients are yours and takes nothing from what you charge them.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?+
Nothing is deleted. You keep read access to your clients, dogs and invoices and can export them – you just cannot add or change anything until you subscribe again.
